This Privacy Notice for Patterson Sports Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services (“Services”), including when you visit our website at myassistantcoach.app or use My Assistant Coach, a sports team management platform that helps coaches manage their team calendar, share schedules publicly, and communicate with athletes and parents.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise contact us.
The personal information we collect may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Calendar data (events, schedules, team information you enter)
- Usage data (AI message count and daily usage)
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.
- To respond to user inquiries and offer support to users.
- To send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms and policies.
- To request feedback and contact you about your use of our Services.
- To protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
- To evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and user experience.
- To identify usage trends to understand how our Services are used.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following third-party service providers to operate our Services:
- Google — authentication (sign-in)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI assistant features (Claude)
- Vercel — application hosting
- Neon — database hosting
We do not share your personal information with business partners or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes. My Assistant Coach includes an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude (a machine learning model). The AI assistant uses information you provide — including your team data, event information, and chat messages — to respond to your requests. You may opt out of using the AI assistant at any time by simply not using the chat feature. Your use of the AI assistant is entirely optional.
Messages sent to the AI assistant may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your personal information for as long as you have an active account with us. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes for a reasonable period after account closure.
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption, OAuth-based authentication (no passwords stored), restricted database access, and payment data handled entirely by Stripe. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. Our Services are intended for use by coaches and adults only. Users are expressly prohibited from entering personally identifiable information about minors, including athlete names or contact information. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us immediately at myassistantcoach@gmail.com.
8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at myassistantcoach@gmail.com or submit a data subject access request.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals as there is no finalized technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Virginia, or other states with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information). Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
